I just peeled like 20 million apples... well it was actually like a couple bushels, but it felt like 20 million... we have already made apple sauce, and some apple pies... here are some pictures of the apple pies...

just got back from one and a half hours of swim practice.... I am sooooo tired!!!! it is hard and tiering, but fun.. try swimming laps that long non stop and tell me how you feel!!!! so now I am laying on the floor of our bedroom.
